Laura Smith:And I'm Laura Smith, Head of Integrated Marketing. And sure, Brian and I already talk about all of this stuff, but now we're bringing you into the conversation. This podcast is informative and opinionated, and at times could be controversial. We'll bring thoughts you might not always agree with, and we might even disagree with each other.
Brian Rowley:We always disagree, so I'm guaranteeing that there'll be disagreements.
Laura Smith:But that's kind of the point, Brian.
Brian Rowley:Well, it's true. And I mean, and when we created this, we wanted a space where we could be honest, break things down, challenge assumptions, and get real about what actually works. And we'll be talking to not only my mom, my dad, Laura's mom, but when they're no longer available, we'll bring in creatives, industry pros and people doing real work. No filters, just stories. Some short, some long, but basically making sure that you leave here thinking about how the conversations we're having can impact your business.
Laura Smith:We promise we will not make this a family affair.
Brian Rowley:Maybe.
Laura Smith:But we all know there are a lot of podcasts out there about marketing and branding. What we're doing here is something different. We're not just talking about what works. We're unpacking the missteps and the myths. Each episode will mix it up a little.
